Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cookies cool completely.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for frosting.
  10. Frost cooled cookies with lemon icing.
