Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cannoli shells according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix lemon curd and lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon curd mixture.
- Fill each cannoli shell with the lemon filling.
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
- Pipe the meringue onto the filled cannolis.
- Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the meringue.
- Serve chilled.
