Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchinis.
  4. Add flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, black pepper, and garlic powder to the bowl.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet.
  8. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve warm.
