A cozy take on classic moo shu chicken, combining tender chicken with fresh vegetables in a flavorful sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 small pancakes

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Mix in soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
  6. Warm the pancakes in a separate pan.
  7. Serve chicken mixture in pancakes.
