A cozy take on classic moo shu chicken, combining tender chicken with fresh vegetables in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 small pancakes
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in vegetables and cook until tender.
- Mix in soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Warm the pancakes in a separate pan.
- Serve chicken mixture in pancakes.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or bean sprouts.
- Serve with extra hoisin sauce on the side.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
