A simple and quick recipe for making baked potatoes in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water.
- Pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the potatoes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
