Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add turkey slices, soy sauce, salt, and pepper; cook until turkey is heated through.
- Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions and cilantro.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be made with leftover turkey.
- Adjust soy sauce according to your taste.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
