A creamy Irish liqueur made with whiskey and cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Combine Irish whiskey, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
- Add vanilla extract and chocolate syrup.
- Blend on medium speed until well mixed.
- Pour into a bottle and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks before serving.
Notes
- Shake well before serving.
- Serve over ice or in coffee.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less chocolate syrup.
