Ingredients

- 2 lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil lobsters for 5 minutes, then remove and cool.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Mix breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper with the butter mixture.
- Spoon the mixture onto the lobster halves.
- Place lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh lobsters for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Can substitute garlic with shallots for a different taste.
