Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil lobsters for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
  3. Remove lobster meat and chop finely.
  4. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, shrimp, butter, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add chopped lobster meat to the mixture and combine.
  6. Stuff the mixture back into the lobster shells.
  7. Place stuffed lobsters on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
