Ingredients

- 2 lobsters
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil lobsters for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
- Remove lobster meat and chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, shrimp, butter, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped lobster meat to the mixture and combine.
- Stuff the mixture back into the lobster shells.
- Place stuffed lobsters on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
