- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked ziti, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish; top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
