Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Stir in mashed bananas.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  8. Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool completely.
  11. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
