Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 cup sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  5. Mix in the mashed bananas.
  6. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  7. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  8. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  9. Form dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  10. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  11. Let cool before serving.
