- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate beef strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your dehydrator or oven to 160°F (70°C).
- Arrange the marinated beef strips in a single layer on the trays.
- Dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours until the jerky is dry but still chewy.
- Let the jerky cool before storing it in an airtight container.
