- 200g beef, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve noodles in a bowl, pour broth over, and top with beef, green onions, and egg.
