Description
A quick and tasty beef stir fry with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add beef slices, cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
