- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped celery and carrots for serving
- Blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve with celery, carrots, and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
- You can adjust the heat level by using more or less hot sauce.
- These wings pair well with a variety of dips.
