- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with remaining butter sauce.
