Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese and stir until fully melted.
- Mix in diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
