A quick and easy blackstone griddle chicken stir fry recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and ginger; stir for 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the vegetables based on your preference.
- You can add sesame oil for extra flavor.
