- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks.
- Place the stuffed breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
