- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the brownie mix, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Shape the peanut butter mixture into small balls.
- Once the brownies are cool, cut them into squares.
- Press a peanut butter ball on top of each brownie square.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each brownie buckeye into the melted chocolate.
- Let them cool on a parchment-lined tray.
Notes

- Allow chocolate to fully set before serving.
- You can use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
