Description
Buckeyes bars are sweet treats made with peanut butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla together.
- Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Chill again until chocolate hardens.
