Description

Buckeyes bars are sweet treats made with peanut butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla together.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill again until chocolate hardens.
