Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Chill again until chocolate hardens.
