Description
A classic Ohio treat made with peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mix for extra taste.
