A delicious treat combining peanut butter and chocolate with a crispy texture.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Stir in Rice Krispies until fully combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and chill until set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- For a smoother chocolate coating, use tempered chocolate.
