A delicious treat made with chocolate and a creamy filling, without using peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Experiment with different nut butters if desired.
