Delicious butter lobster roll made with fresh lobster meat and a buttery toast.
Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 hot dog buns
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lobster meat in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and cool the lobster meat.
- Chop the lobster into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add lobster, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the remaining butter in the pan.
- Fill the toasted buns with the lobster mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
