Description

Delicious butter lobster roll made with fresh lobster meat and a buttery toast.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 hot dog buns
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster meat in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool the lobster meat.
  3. Chop the lobster into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add lobster, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Toast the hot dog buns in the remaining butter in the pan.
  8. Fill the toasted buns with the lobster mixture.
  9. Garnish with chopped chives.
