Delicious and fun cake pops for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of frosting
  • 1 bag of chocolate melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  5. Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix well.
  6. Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into each cake ball.
  10. Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
  11. Let the cake pops set before serving.
