Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened.
  5. Stir in cheddar and Gruyère cheeses until melted.
  6. Add lobster meat, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  7. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
