A rich and creamy lobster mac and cheese inspired by Capital Grille.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar and Gruyère cheeses until melted.
- Add lobster meat, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Can substitute cheeses based on preference.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
