Caramel buckeyes are a delicious treat made with creamy peanut butter and sweet caramel, dipped in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil over low heat.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate coating.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
