- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onions, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
