Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a festive touch, top with cranberry sauce or pumpkin puree.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
