- 2 cups black-eyed peas, cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add cooked black-eyed peas to the pan.
- Stir in milk and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until cheese is melted and heated through.
- Serve warm.
