Description
Chicken Cordon Bleu is a classic dish made with chicken breast, ham, and cheese, coated in breadcrumbs and baked to perfection.

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up each breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
- Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.

- Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
- Use different types of cheese for variation.
