Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll up each breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
  7. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove toothpicks before serving.
