- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Cut the lobster tail in half and remove the meat.
- Soak the lobster meat in buttermilk for 30 minutes.

- Coat the lobster meat in the flour mixture.
- Fry the lobster until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
