- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Place fried chicken in a baking dish.
- Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
