Ingredients

- 2 lobsters, live
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let cool.
- Split lobsters in half and remove meat from claws and tails.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
- Add lobster meat and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and chili before serving.

- Use fresh lobsters for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar and spice levels to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice.
