Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot.
  2. Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  3. Remove lobsters and let cool.
  4. Split lobsters in half and remove meat from claws and tails.
  5. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  8. Add lobster meat and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Garnish with green onions and chili before serving.
