Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add vanilla extract, white vinegar, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool before serving.
