Ingredients

- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 cups milk

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, ham, spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish and layer the bread on the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ham with turkey or sausage.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
