Ingredients

- 1 package (3 oz) cherry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Dissolve cherry jello in boiling water.
- Add cold water and mix well.
- Stir in crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and walnuts.
- Refrigerate until partially set.
- Fold in whipped cream and mix gently.
- Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can substitute other flavors of jello.
- Add more fruits like berries for extra flavor.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
