Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare the turkey by cleaning and patting it dry.
- Rub the turkey with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and fresh herbs.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast in the oven for 2.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
