Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk the egg whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in vinegar and cornstarch gently.
  6. Spread the meringue onto the parchment paper into a round shape.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  9. Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and mixed berries.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves.
