Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 150g dried fruit mix
  • 100g chopped nuts
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Add dried fruit and nuts to the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted chocolate, honey, and vanilla.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the biscuit mix and stir well.
  6. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
