Instructions

- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet and chill until set.
