A simple and delicious way to cook lobster tail by boiling.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 lemon, halved
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water.
- Add salt and squeeze in the juice of one lemon half.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil.
- Add the lobster tails to the boiling water.
- Boil lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove the lobster tails and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Cut the shells and serve with melted butter.
