A creamy and delicious corn casserole made with cream cheese.

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add corn, shredded cheese, green onions, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Top with additional cheese for a cheesy crust.
- Feel free to add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
