A delightful dessert made with cream cheese and Cool Whip for a light and creamy treat.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup fresh berries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Top with fresh berries if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- Use any berries of your choice for topping.
