Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the shrimp with cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  6. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
  9. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve.
