A rich and flavorful creamy cajun shrimp pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the shrimp with cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use any pasta type you prefer.
- Fresh shrimp yields the best flavor.
