Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Fresh basil and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, heavy cream, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the red pepper mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Serve topped with burrata and garnish with fresh herbs.

- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Feel free to add more herbs for extra flavor.
