Ingredients

- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, chili powder, lime juice, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork and shred it with two forks.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve in tacos or your favorite dish.
